This family business first started up 230 years ago on the historic site at the Geoffret Mill in Saint-Martin-de-Saint-Maixent (Deux-Sèvres). A quick overview of the Bellot family history: from flour merchants in 1550 to mill-owners, with sixteen generations working in the trade and then production of flour.
