Label Rouge
An official sign of quality, the Label Rouge guarantees the consumer products of superior quality compared to current products. The seriousness of this approach is guaranteed by official recognition of the specifications by the National Institute of Origin and Quality.
Agriculture Biologique
Certified organic agricultural products ensure compliance with strict specifications prohibiting the use of inputs of chemical origin in the processing of food products, while respecting the environment and consumers.
Filière CRC®
Committed to producing differently, Filière CRC® guarantees 100% French cereals grown according to good agricultural practices favorable to biodiversity.
Origine France Garantie
This label gives consumers clear information on the origin of a product. To obtain it, the place where the product takes on its essential characteristics must be located in France and at least 50% of the unit cost price must be acquired in France.

IFS FOOD (International Featured Standards) certification brings together 281 requirements that guarantee food safety, hygiene and process improvement. Bellot Minoteries was the first French mill certified IFS Food in 2006.

CONTRÔLE F
Bellot Minoteries adheres to the Milling Surveillance Plan, managed by the ANMF (National Association of French Milling). The objective is to collect contaminant analyses carried out by member millers and to ensure their exploitation and synthesis for the benefit of companies and collective action.
