Since 1550, the Bellot family has been dedicated to producing high-quality flour made from 100% French wheat, in a way that cares for both the environment and the health of our consumers. This led us to begin production of our organic flour in 1997. In 2002, we signed up to the Label Rouge specifications and created the first flour for standard, everyday bread bearing this iconic seal of quality.
Other commitments would soon follow: wheat produced under CRC (sustainable farming) standards, purchase of fair trade wheat (Agri-Ethique, BioPartenaires), fair pay for producers (CQLP). This year, we wanted to set down our vision for the generations to come, a vision which unifies our teams, motivates us, brings inspiration, and guides our decisions: Feeding the future, for health and sustainability.
